My sister-in-law in Maine, Georgianna, whose question a couple days ago regarding my neighbors sparked a new way of seeing and photographing the view looking north toward the city, asked yesterday if I have a picture of the front of my house. Indeed I do, one taken a couple years ago at night, the best time to appreciate the show of holiday lights that I put up in my windows for the season. One of these days I’ll take a photo of the facade during the day just for comparison. More paintings tomorrow…
